This piece combines the antique cast iron base of the sewing machine everyone’s grandmother had with a solid cherry, beautifully finished wine bar and shelf. The shelf has space for 5 wine bottles and the piece has storage for 6 to 8 wine glasses, depending on size. The clunky steel wheels on the base have been replaced with ball bearing phenolic wheels that glide over your floors. This piece is assembled with threaded inserts and bolts as opposed to simply driving a screw. An example of Fritz & Whaley’s attention to detail.
